Course includes easy to follow video instructions. You will start learning the basic application principles, followed by detailed explanations of taping for the following body parts: Elbow, shoulder, knee, ankle, foot, wrist, thumb, neck, and back as they relate to the most common volleyball related injuries. Includes approx 1 hour of content and downloadable guide to use as a resource while on the go!
